HopFlee (Basic Level Blocking)
Basic level blocking
My game will provide many different entertaining environments and challenging for the player. The scene comes with different game backgrounds that match the character and the style of environment the character is in.
In this game, I will not use tilemap to build my background scene, but I rather use a looping background scene where the background keeps looping from time to time. I also equip the looping background with camera movement. The camera movement will keep repeating and follow the background scene. It is easy to control the player since the camera is the one that leads the player throughout the whole scene, but you might feel like it is the players that are moving.
I then create the prefab of the obstacles and apply scripts to the obstacle to spawn the obstacles every second the player is moving. The game's goal is to survive your player through the game environment and try to escape or prevent colliding with the spawners. If the player collides with the obstacle, then the game is over. There is no ending in this game since it is a survival game.
HopFlee will be a 2D game that comes with multiple difficulties and available game battlefield. The player will encounter a fresh new environment and different levels of difficulty based on their preference.
